Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Regions
We currently ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, and 26 countries within the European Union.
If your destination is available at checkout, we are able to ship to your location.
Shipping Rates
We offer standard shipping at the following rates:
- European Union: €8.99
- United States: $8.99
- United Kingdom: £8.99
Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders:
- European Union: orders over €70.00
- United States: orders over $90.00
- United Kingdom: orders over £60.00
Shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment is completed.
Delivery
Orders are generally dispatched within 3–5 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, carrier operations, and local conditions. For this reason, shipping timeframes are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
Customs and Import Charges
For international orders, customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other local fees may apply depending on the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Address Accuracy

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
