Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to purchases made through stillsanctuary.com (the “Site”). The Site is operated by IDEA ULTRA LIMITED, trading as Still Sanctuary (“Still Sanctuary”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), of Room D07, 8/F, Kai Tak Factory Building, No. 99 King Fuk Street, San Po Kong, Hong Kong.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
2. Products
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. Because our incense may contain natural materials and may be handcrafted, slight variations in colour, size, weight, texture, and fragrance may occur. Images and screen settings may not reproduce colours exactly. These variations are not defects unless the product is materially different from its description.
Product availability may change without notice. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct genuine pricing or description errors.
3. Orders and Contract Formation
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. The automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean we have accepted the order. A binding contract is formed when we send a dispatch confirmation, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch for reasons including suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing error, stock unavailability, shipping restrictions, or breach of these Terms. If payment has been taken, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.
4. Prices, Taxes, and Duties
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout, principally US dollars or pounds sterling. Displayed prices include applicable product taxes where required. Shipping charges are shown before you submit the order.
Orders are shipped on a delivered-duty-paid (DDP) basis where available: import duties and taxes collected through our shipping arrangement are paid by Still Sanctuary. Customers remain responsible for checking local import restrictions before ordering. If an exceptional destination cannot be served on a DDP basis, this will be disclosed before purchase.
5. Payment
Payment is governed by our Payment Policy. We may perform fraud and authorisation checks. An order may be delayed or cancelled if payment cannot be verified.
6. Delivery
Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated. Our Shipping Policy forms part of these Terms. Risk of loss passes as required by applicable consumer law. Ownership passes when we receive payment in full and the goods are delivered, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
7. Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds
Your rights to cancel, return, exchange, or obtain a refund are described in our Refund and Return Policy. UK consumers may have statutory cancellation and product-quality rights in addition to that policy.
8. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions are subject to their stated terms, availability, and end dates. Unless stated otherwise, codes cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied retrospectively. If a return causes an order to fall below a promotional threshold, the refund may be adjusted to reflect the promotion, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Safety
Incense is not for consumption. Keep it away from children, pets, flammable materials, and drafts. Use a suitable heat-resistant holder on a stable surface in a well-ventilated area. Never leave burning incense unattended. Allow ash and holders to cool before handling. Stop use if irritation occurs. Always follow instructions supplied with the product.
10. Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or breach of non-excludable consumer rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, losses caused by misuse or failure to follow safety instructions, or business losses arising from a consumer purchase. Our total liability for a claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product, except where the law does not allow that limitation.
11. Events Beyond Our Control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events reasonably beyond our control, but we will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and will provide any remedies required by law.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable law. If you are a consumer, you retain all mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available under the laws and competent courts of your country, state, or place of residence.
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a complaint. Nothing in this section removes your right to use a court or other remedy available by law.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order will apply to that order. The latest version and effective date will be posted on the Site.

These Website Terms govern your access to and use of stillsanctuary.com, including customer accounts, reviews, forms, and other interactive features. The Site is operated by IDEA ULTRA LIMITED, trading as Still Sanctuary.
1. Acceptable Use
You may use the Site only for lawful personal or business purposes. You must not:
- violate any law or another person’s rights;
- interfere with the Site’s security, availability, or operation;
- introduce malware, scrape the Site at unreasonable volume, or attempt unauthorised access;
- use false information, impersonate another person, or conduct fraudulent transactions;
- copy, reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit Site content without permission;
- submit unlawful, abusive, misleading, defamatory, infringing, or deceptive content.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the Site, or our business.
3. Intellectual Property
The Site, brand names, logos, text, photography, graphics, product presentation, and other content are owned by or licensed to Still Sanctuary and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the Site for its intended purpose, but no ownership rights are transferred to you.
4. Reviews and User Content
If you submit a review, image, comment, or other content, you confirm that it is truthful, based on genuine experience where relevant, and that you have the right to submit it. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, adapt, and use that content for operating and promoting Still Sanctuary, subject to applicable privacy and consumer laws.
We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms, but we are not required to publish every submission. We do not offer incentives in exchange for positive reviews. Any incentive for a review will be clearly disclosed.
5. Information and Availability
We aim to keep the Site accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Content is provided for general information and does not constitute medical, therapeutic, or professional advice. Fragrance experience is subjective, and results may vary.
6. Third-Party Services and Links
The Site may use or link to third-party services such as Shopify, payment providers, delivery companies, review tools, analytics, and social platforms. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply. A link does not mean we endorse all third-party content.
7. Suspension and Termination
We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of misuse, security risk, fraud, or violation of these Terms. Provisions intended to survive termination, including intellectual-property and liability provisions, will continue to apply.
8. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising solely from use of the Site, interruption, or reliance on general Site content.

These Website Terms are governed by applicable law, without removing mandatory consumer protections or access to competent courts available where you live.

Payment Policy

Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Availability may vary by country, currency, device, and payment provider.
Currency
Prices may be displayed in local currency through Shopify Markets. Your final charge will be shown at checkout. If your card or account uses another currency, your payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or fee.
When Payment Is Taken
Payment is captured when the order is placed. An order is not accepted until payment has been authorised and we accept the order under our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Taxes, Shipping, and Duties
Applicable product taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout where they can be calculated. Import duties and customs charges are handled as stated in our Shipping Policy.
Payment Security
Payments are processed by Shopify and/or authorised payment providers. Still Sanctuary does not directly store full card numbers or card security codes. Payment providers may perform authentication, fraud screening, and authorisation checks.
Failed or Declined Payments
If payment is declined or cannot be verified, the order may not be completed. Please check your details or contact your bank or payment provider. We may cancel orders that present a reasonable fraud or security risk.
Discounts and Gift Cards
Discount codes and gift cards must be entered before checkout is completed. Unless the promotion states otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined, converted to cash, or applied to a completed order. Gift-card terms will be provided separately if gift cards are offered.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time after we initiate a refund depends on the bank or payment provider. See our Refund and Return Policy for eligibility and timing.
